I'VE SEEN A DESIGN I LIKE, AND WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALISE IT, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes, of course. Go to the design you're interested in and add your personalised details in the box provided to make it unique to you.

WILL I BE ABLE TO VIEW MY DESIGN BEFORE IT IS PRINTED?

Yes, your design will be sent to you via email for your approval before it is sent to print. Changes after approval may incur additional charges. NOTE: Proofs are only sent for personalised framed prints.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY PROOF?

Yes, once you receive your proof  and you would like to change something just email us right back and state what you would like to change and we will make the changes and send it back to you for approval once more.

Once your order is recieved we begin to creating your personalised item. We take the time to design your item and if ordering a print then a proof is emailed to you, at this stage we can cancel your order however, there will be a charge as we have taken the time to design something just for you.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Once your design has been approved your item(s) are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Although we aim to keep to these deadlines postage services can experience delays of their own which is out of our control.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, of course you can. Please select this option when ordering and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring proof of the order made or the order number.
