These beautiful memorial Hearts can be made with any name you would like with a further option to change the poem as well. Please be aware that the more characters in your personalisation the smaller the text may be to fit on to the heart.

These Hearts measure approximately 28.8cm x 19cm  and are made from 3mm thick acrylic.
