You will receive a proof via email before it is printed to make sure you are completely happy with your personalised design. If approval of the proof is not received within 3 business days of it being sent to you, your print will be shipped as per the initial proof.
Due to the nature of personalisation, changes cannot be made once it has gone to print. You will receive a free matching card of your print of which will be tied in ribbon and wrapped.
